TIRAMISU DESSERT

Ingredients:

- 1 Tiramisu Cheeseball & Dessert Mix
- 1 cup chocolate graham crackers, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/3 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup caramel ice cream topping
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 8 oz. whipped topping
- 1/3 cup chocolate or fudge ice cream topping

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

CRUST: Combine the Chocolate Crunch Topping, graham crackers, sugar, pecans and butter. Press into an 8x8" pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool 10 minutes.

Warm caramel topping and drizzle over crust. (Syrup works best. If using a thicker ice cream topping, thin with 1 Tbsp. water or coffee.)

FILLING: Prepare filling by combining Tiramisu Cheeseball Mix, cream cheese and butter. Mix until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon over crust.

TOPPING: Warm chocolate ice cream topping. Smooth over top of dessert. (Syrup works best. If using a thicker ice cream topping, thin with 1 Tbsp. water or coffee.)

Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Option: Garnish with whipped cream.
