Kevin, the designer here at Trees n Trends, is fabulous! Have you seen what he can do?! His designs are over-the-top, using everything but the kitchen sink. But, he's able to coordinate all of this in a way that comes out elegant and tasteful.
I, on the other hand, am not a designer. I don't do very well integrating items that come off as pleasing to the eye. Therefore, I'm a minimalist. I like to get to the point with the fewest steps possible.
I prefaced this post with the aforementioned information so you will know that you'll probably want to add a bow here or a few sprigs of flowers there to what I'm about to show you.
What I did this time is similar to what I did in an earlier post.
Boxwood topiary |
I took an ordinary boxwood topiary...
Santa hat...right now, 2/$1! |
Simply Noelle scarf |
I added a scarf and Santa hat (both of which can be found at the store). Then...
Presto! Instant snowman to stand guard at your front door.

But if you're needing something on a smaller scale, try this:
I took two boxwood spheres/orbs.
I sat them on top of each other in a small metal planter.
I added the same scarf and Santa hat. (Did I mention the hats are 2 for a $1?!?) Then...
VoilĂ ! Instant snowman - perfect to sit atop a mantel or as the centerpiece for your holiday table.
